We stand by our quality. If you don't love your RACCOONMADE product, we don't want your money. You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange at raccoonmade.com.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return under our 90-Day Guarantee, please ensure the following:
- Timeline: The return request is initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
- Proof of Purchase: You have your Order Number from raccoonmade.com available.

3. INITIATING A RETURN
Please follow these official steps to start your process:
- Contact Support: Email us at support@raccoonmade.com with your Order Number.
- RMA Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours.
- Secure Shipping: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure arrival at our facility.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do Not "Return to Sender"
Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label. Our logistics center cannot process returns without an RMA. Returns without an authorized RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.
4. REFUNDS & PROCESSING
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: Approved refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method.
- Bank Processing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We process orders rapidly. To cancel or modify an order, contact support@raccoonmade.com within 12 hours of placement.
- Pre-Shipment: Full refund processed immediately.
- Post-Shipment: Once the package is with the carrier, it must follow the standard Return process upon arrival.
