Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Shipping Times
We strive to get your RACCOONMADE products to you as quickly as possible. Our distribution centers process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
The total time to receive your package is calculated as follows:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing Time (1-3 Business Days): This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Shipping Time (7-10 Business Days): This is the time it takes for the courier to deliver the package after it leaves our warehouse.
*Note: During high-volume periods (like Black Friday), processing times may extend slightly.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia. Our trusted carriers include USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

3. Tracking Your Order
Peace of mind is important. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking status to update.
- If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you haven't received a tracking number, contact us at support@raccoonmade.com.
4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
We work fast! If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we can no longer make changes.
5. International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). These charges are the customer's responsibility.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, please contact us immediately at support@raccoonmade.com so we can make it right.
*Please report the issue within 90 days of the delivery date.
7. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If returned, we can reship (fees apply) or refund minus shipping costs.
Split Shipments: To get items to you faster, we may split your order into multiple packages at no extra cost.
